We don’t want to get precious about it, but Norwegian Jade, one of our newest Jewel class ships and the former Pride of Hawai’i, is a very special ship. For starters, she’s got the most flexible, versatile accommodation on the high seas, from very comfortable inside staterooms to ultra-luxury Courtyard Villas with their own private deck and swimming pool. Of course, because she was purpose built for NCL Freestyle Cruising, you can take your pick of 12 restaurants and dining rooms and 11 bars and lounges, so you can wine and dine where, when and with whoever you like. And with two swimming pools, hot tubs, sports court, fitness centre, casino and so much more, you can play when you like as well.
This cruise is put on by Kev, Gloria, Dennis & Teresa who all love Soul Music, Sun & Holiday's this is a non-profit event, as you will notice in all of our events which we promote, as we do not charge for wristbands etc, you pay the price that we are charged no more.

Ports of call
Sunday 30th May 2010: Barcelona
Monday: Monte Carlo
Tuesday: Pisa
The treasures of Tuscany are on Livorno’s doorstep, so will it be Florence with its red-roofed Duomo, Renaissance palaces and galleries? Or Pisa, where that Tower still leans over the ‘Field of Miracles’? Or, how about the Cinque Terre on the nearby Ligurian coast: five tiny, photogenic fishing villages linked by age-old cliff-side footpaths, mule tracks and ferry boats?
Wednesday: Rome
Civitavecchia has been the port for Rome since the 13th-century and the Eternal City is still the big draw. It wasn’t built in a day, but you’ll see a lot in yours, from the massive Colosseum, St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City to the sun-filled piazzas, fabulous fountains, ultra-chic designer stores and oh-so-tempting pavement cafés, where you can do as the Romans do.
Thursday: Naples
You must try the real thing before you explore the historic centre with its grand palace, cathedral and opera house. Feeling romantic? Take the hydrofoil to the isle of Capri or the Amalfi Coast drive to Sorrento and don’t forget your camera. History buffs make for Pompeii, to see how the Romans lived back in the 1st century AD.
Friday: At Sea
Saturday: Palma, Majorca
Think of Majorca and the chances are sunshine holidays come to mind, so if it’s beachside relaxation you want, just take your pick. But there are other sides to this beautiful island, from the elegant capital, Palma, with its medieval cathedral, shops and tapas bars to the valleys, vineyards and pretty little villages of the interior.
Sunday: Barcelona
Either home or 3 nights in Barcelona to complete your holiday

Questions & Anwser's
Q: Are the prices shown for the cabins stated, inclusive of flights and transfers? (I do understand that this price does not include Barcelona 3 day stay).
A: The prices shown for the cabins are without flights & transfers. Barcelona is being negotiated once i know the figures who may wish to stay on for the further 3 days and the price does not include this, i have stated this in the website and will get a good deal once this is known.
For Flights CLICK HERE
Q: Of the £100 deposit per person - will this be refunded if anything goes wrong - i.e. the trip gets cancelled due to not enough interest and if so, who would we take the matter up with - yourselves or NCL?
A: First of all your £100.00 deposit is safe the company we deal with Cruise.co.uk are covered by ABTA & ATOL.The trip will not be cancelled because of not enough interest as in the first day alone over 100 have booked, we only needed 50.
Visit there website CLICK HERE
Q: Regarding the £50 service charge. if i pay for a room, i then have to add on a £50 for service charge per person? so for example, say i book a Balcony Cabin - Deck BC i then will have to add another £50 on top of that? is that correct?
Service Charge is now £46.50
A: The answer to the service charge is yes, you normally have to pay this at the end of your cruise, at a cost of 12 USD per person per day, we have negotiated a fixed price to be paid off with the balance of £46.50, now if you do a convertion this would be £57.00 so a saving of £9.50 per person.
Q: Lastly (sorry, did i say a couple of questions!) on the NCL Form 1 - do i really have to put my occupation or what?!!! not that i'm ashamed of what i do but just seems odd is all.
A: This is an NCL form if they request this i'm sure it is for a reason.
that's it! i couldn't find a FAQ page on your site (maybe it might be a good time to get one because i bet you're getting asked a lot of questions eh?) if you do have one, then point me in the direction of it pleeeeese!
First of all i have not put one on the website as we have stated if anybody has questions to contact us, but now you have brought this up i will place in the website.
Q: Who are the DJs?
A: We will have around 30 DJs from the soulies on the trip, myself and Dennis will decide on who does this from a volunteer list we ask for later on, some big name DJs have shown interest in the cruise.
Q: What is the music policy?
A: The answer is across the board, we want to give everyone what they want, we are doing a survey on the booking forms and this will help us, and i will post on here next week a update of the percentages of the survey.
Q: How much are the drinks from the bar on board the ship?
A: We are going on the ship on the 31st May 2009 and we will get you a price list and put this on the website.
Drinks prices now on CLICK HERE
Q: It states 2 adults & 2 Children can sleep in a cabin is this correct?
A; Yes that is correct there are 2 pull out beds in the cabins.
Q: What are your plans for the 3 nights in Barcelona?
A: Once we know the numbers that want to stay the 3 extra nights, we will then fly over and look at the hotels that want our business, we will have 3 nights of soul music and maybe 2 afternoon chill out sessions.
Q: Is this going to be a one off or are you planning more?
A: We are going to be in negotiations very soon for another Med - Cruise in 2011 with a different itinerary and in 2012 it will be the Caribbean! YES YOU HEARD IT FROM THE HORSES MOUTH THE CARIBBEAN. All those who travel on this cruise will get the first chance to book with even a lower deposit.
Q: Are you going to be dealing with all the bookings thoughout?
A: No we will only deal with the first stage of collecting the deposits and the reason for that is because we need to know who is going for our records and the issuing of the wristbands as our venue will be private to soulies only, if you don't book through us you will NOT get into the venue. After this stage you will be delt with by Cruise.co.uk, But don't forget Myself, Gloria, Dennis & Teresa are always there to help you.
Q: On the booking form it says stateroom category and stateroom number what do i put there?
A: In the stateroom category you put what type of room and deck eg: (inside stateroom K) and Stateroom Number is which side of the shp eg: (Portside or Starboard)
